By participating in the Escape Bryggen escape game organized by No Escape AS, you agree to

the following:

1. You will obey all rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any instructions and/or directions given by No Escape AS, or its employees, representatives or agents.
2. You accept full responsibility for any injury to yourself or any damages to your own property that occur while participating in the game or while being on the location of the game.
3. You agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of No Escape AS or Stiftelsen Bryggen caused by your negligence, wilful misfeasance, or reckless disregard.
4. You agree to being filmed while your team is participating in the game, and understand that it will not be stored in any manner.
5. You take responsibility for your child or child in your care under 18 in all of the points mentioned.
6. We reserve the right to deny service to intoxicated customers.
7. Cancellation of a booking can be done latest 24 hrs before the booking.
8. You will be asked to meet up 15 minutes before your session begins to ensure time for your pre-game briefing

1. ‍A 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show.
2. No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 24 or more hours in advance.
